2 · How You Receive Your Order

Once your payment is confirmed, your key or code is delivered in two ways:

• By email — sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
• In your account — available anytime in your account dashboard under your order history.

3 · Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered instantly — typically within seconds of a confirmed payment. In rare cases, delivery may take longer if your order requires additional fraud or payment verification. If a delay occurs, you will normally receive your key within a few hours.

4 · Correct Email Address

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at checkout. If you do not see your order, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. Your key is also always available in your account dashboard. Depending on the payment method used, your key may be sent to the email address linked to that payment account.

5 · Order Not Received?

If you have not received your key within a reasonable time and it does not appear in your account dashboard, contact us at support@24gamekeys.com with your order ID. Our support team will locate your order and resend your key as quickly as possible.

6 · International Availability

Because our products are digital, they can be delivered worldwide. However, many keys are region-locked or platform-specific. The applicable region and platform are clearly listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm that a key matches your region and platform before purchasing.
