24GameKeys ("we," "us," "our") sells digital products only — game keys, software license keys, gift cards, and in-game credit codes. Because of the nature of digital goods, this policy explains when refunds and replacements are and are not available. By placing an order on 24gamekeys.com, you agree to the terms below.

1 · Nature of Our Products

All products sold on 24GameKeys are digital license keys or codes delivered electronically by email and/or your account dashboard. When you purchase a key, you are buying a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.

Because digital keys are unique, single-use, and cannot be returned to inventory once revealed, all sales are considered final once a key has been revealed, redeemed, or activated.

2 · Refunds — When You ARE Eligible

We want every customer to receive a working product. You may request a replacement or refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The key is invalid, non-functional, or already used when you receive it; and
• You have not successfully revealed, redeemed, or activated the key for normal use; and
• You contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase; and
• You provide your order ID and supporting details (and screenshots, if requested).

Other eligible situations:

• Wrong product delivered — we sent a different product than the one you ordered.
• Duplicate charge — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
• Order cancelled by us — if we cancel your order due to a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud, you receive a full refund.

In eligible cases, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement key. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3 · Refunds — When You Are NOT Eligible

To protect against fraud and because of the irreversible nature of digital keys, refunds are not available in the following situations:

• The key has already been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
• You changed your mind or purchased the wrong product by mistake.
• The product is incompatible with your system, region, or platform (please check requirements before buying — see Section 5).
• You experience game crashes, performance issues, or bugs — these must be resolved by the game's developer or publisher, not by us.
• Your platform account was banned or suspended due to misuse, sharing, or violation of the platform's terms.
• More than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase.
• The order was a bonus, promotional, or free key.

4 · How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• Email us at support@24gamekeys.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Include your order ID, the product name, and a clear description of the issue.
• If requested, provide screenshots showing the error message or activation problem.
• Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

We may need to coordinate with our suppliers to verify a faulty key, which can take a few additional days.

5 · Region & Platform Responsibility

Many digital keys are region-locked or platform-specific. The correct region and platform are clearly listed on each product page (for example, "Global," "EU," "US," "Steam," "Xbox," etc.).

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a key matches their region, platform, and system requirements before purchasing and before revealing the key. We cannot offer refunds for keys that do not work because they were purchased for the wrong region or platform.

6 · Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We also reserve the right to refuse service and to withhold delivery pending identity or payment verification.

7 · Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@24gamekeys.com — we resolve the large majority of issues quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended and future orders being refused, as we retain proof of delivery for every order.

8 · Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

9 · EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal to cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason.

However, the products sold on 24GameKeys consist of digital content delivered immediately. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its delivery has begun, provided that:

• You have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
• You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By placing an order, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once a key has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, your statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If your key has not yet been revealed or redeemed, EU consumers may still exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days by submitting a request through our Request Withdrawal page. Each request is reviewed individually based on delivery status, reveal status, the consent given at checkout, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
