Region & Platform Guide

Many game keys only work on one platform or in certain regions. Check these points before you buy, so your key activates the first time.

1. Check the platform

The platform is shown on every product page, for example Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo or Epic Games. A key only works on the platform it was made for.

  • Steam / PC: redeem in the Steam app under Games → Activate a Product on Steam.
  • Xbox: redeem in the Xbox Store or at redeem.microsoft.com. Check whether the key is for Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S.
  • PlayStation and Nintendo: codes are usually tied to the region of your store account.

2. Check the region

  • Global: the key is meant to work in most countries. Some publishers still block a few countries; the product page lists any restrictions we receive from the supplier.
  • Europe / EU: works on accounts set to a country in the listed European region.
  • US and other single regions: works only on accounts set to that region.

The region of a key cannot be changed after purchase, and we cannot refund keys bought for the wrong region or platform. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.

3. Check your edition and language

Standard, Deluxe, Ultimate and bundle editions contain different content. Read the full product title before ordering.

4. After you buy

  • Your key is sent by email, usually within minutes of payment confirmation.
  • Redeem it on the matching platform. Our Redeem Guide shows the steps.
  • If a key is invalid, contact us within 7 days. See the FAQ and our Refund Policy.
