Hunt: Showdown 1896 - Bones and Bounties is a competitive first-person PvPvE bounty hunting game set in the Louisiana Bayou of 1896. Players take on the role of bounty hunters tasked with tracking and eliminating monstrous targets, then extracting the bounty while fending off other hunters.

Key Features:

• PvPvE Gameplay: Engages players in a blend of player-versus-player combat and player-versus-environment challenges. Players battle AI-controlled monsters and other human hunters simultaneously.
• Bounty Hunt Mode: Core game mode where up to twelve players, in teams of one, two, or three, compete to locate and defeat a boss monster. Successfully banishing the boss grants a bounty, which must then be extracted from the map.
• Quick Play Mode: A shorter, solo-focused game mode. Players scavenge for weapons and equipment, close rifts, and compete to be the last hunter standing and extract a bounty.
• Dark Sight: A unique ability allowing hunters to see clues, track monsters, and locate other hunters carrying a bounty from a distance.
• Permadeath: Hunters lost in the Bayou are gone permanently, including their equipment. Progression through the Bloodline (account level) remains, allowing players to unlock new weapons, tools, and traits.
• Extensive Arsenal: Features a range of era-appropriate weaponry, including rifles, shotguns, pistols, and melee weapons. Each weapon possesses distinct characteristics and handling.
• Dynamic Environment: Maps are open-world, featuring various terrains, compounds, and environmental hazards. Sound plays a crucial role in tracking and tactical engagement.
• Progression System: Players earn XP for their hunters and Bloodline by completing objectives, killing monsters, and eliminating other hunters. This unlocks new equipment and abilities.
