PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE.

1 · Nature of Our Products

24GameKeys sells digital products only — game keys, software license keys, gift cards, and in-game credit codes, delivered electronically. When you purchase a key, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

24GameKeys is not affiliated with, authorized, licensed, or endorsed by Steam, Valve, Microsoft, Xbox, Sony, PlayStation, Nintendo, Epic Games, or any other platform or publisher. All trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners.

2 · Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3 · Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payment through secure third-party processors, as shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we suspect to be fraudulent.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information.

4 · Delivery of Digital Products

Digital keys are delivered electronically by email and/or through your account dashboard, typically within seconds of a confirmed payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address.

5 · Region and Platform Responsibility

Many digital keys are region-locked or platform-specific. The applicable region and platform are clearly listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm that a key matches your region, platform, and system requirements before purchasing and before revealing the key.

6 · Refunds and Replacements

All sales of digital keys are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In summary: once a key has been revealed, redeemed, or activated, it is non-refundable, except where the key is proven faulty or invalid.

7 · EU Consumers — Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately:

By placing an order, you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

EU consumers whose keys have not yet been revealed may still exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days via our Request Withdrawal page.

8 · Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit purchased keys without authorization;
• Share or publicly post keys;
• Exploit pricing errors or technical glitches;
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service or place orders;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Service, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of any third party;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent payment or account information;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of this section may result in order cancellation, account suspension, forfeiture of any pending refund, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

9 · Intellectual Property

The 24GameKeys name, logo, website design, and all original content on the Service (excluding third-party product artwork and trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners) are the property of 24GAMEKEYS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written consent.

10 · Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party platforms (such as Steam, Epic Games, or Microsoft) on which purchased keys are activated.

11 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24GAMEKEYS LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any product purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

12 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24GAMEKEYS LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any third party's rights.

13 · Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@24gamekeys.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved this way within a few business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, any such dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. This section does not remove or limit any right you have to bring a claim before a consumer authority or court in your country of residence where such right cannot be waived under applicable law (including for consumers in the EU/EEA and UK).

14 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.

15 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 · Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

This document does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in your country of residence.
