Balatro is a roguelike deck-builder focused on poker hands and their strategic enhancement. • Deck Management: Players start with a standard 52-card deck. As gameplay progresses, the deck can be modified through the acquisition of "Jokers," "Planet Cards," "Tarot Cards," and "Voucher Cards."
• Scoring: Each blind presents a target score. Players earn chips by playing valid poker hands. The value of hands is modified by various game elements.
• Rounds (Blinds): A run consists of multiple blinds. Successfully completing a blind grants money, which can be spent at the in-game shop. Failure to meet the score requirement within the allotted hands ends the run.
• Boss Blinds: Every third blind is a "Boss Blind," introducing unique rule modifiers that challenge standard strategies.

Key Features:

• Jokers: These cards provide passive or active abilities that significantly alter hand scoring, chip generation, and game mechanics. Up to five Jokers can be held simultaneously.
• Planet Cards: These consumables permanently increase the level and chip value of specific poker hands (e.g., Flush, Straight).
• Tarot Cards: One-time use consumables that provide various effects, such as modifying cards in the deck, granting money, or enhancing current Jokers.
• Voucher Cards: Purchased at the shop, these provide permanent buffs for the current run, such as increased money from selling cards or additional discards per blind.
• Steaks: A form of meta-progression, "Steaks" are persistent conditions applied to subsequent runs, offering increased difficulty and unlocking new content upon completion.
• Challanges: Specific game modes with pre-defined rules and starting conditions.
