Description:

DreadHaunt is a multiplayer horror game supporting 1-8 players. Players are tasked with investigating haunted locations to gather evidence, perform exorcisms, and ultimately eliminate the entity. The game features two distinct factions: Investigators and the Entity.

Gameplay Mechanics:

• Investigators: Players assume the role of paranormal investigators. Their objective is to identify the type of entity haunting the location, gather sufficient evidence to confirm its presence, and then perform a specific exorcism ritual to banish it.

Investigator Tools:

• EMF Reader: Detects electromagnetic field fluctuations, indicating paranormal activity.
• Thermometer: Measures temperature drops, a common sign of spectral presence.
• Spirit Box: Attempts communication with spirits through white noise.
• Ghost Writing Book: A book where spirits may leave messages.
• Photo Camera: Captures photographic evidence of anomalies.
• Video Camera: Records visual evidence, particularly useful for observing manifestations.
• Flashlight: Basic illumination.
• Entity: One player assumes the role of the supernatural entity. The entity's goal is to prevent the investigators from completing their objective by eliminating them.

Entity Abilities:

• Manifestation: The ability to become visible and interact physically with the environment.
• Possession: Taking control of objects within the environment to create disturbances or attack investigators.
• Environmental Interaction: Manipulating lights, doors, and objects to create fear and confusion.
• Hunting Phase: A period during which the entity can directly attack and eliminate investigators.
